Will Smith's Motivation

i've taken a similar outlook as Will Smith's as this video can illustrate. It's also very close to me because he talks of working on his craft, which i can relate to very closely. My favourite line is
"...I'm not afraid to die on a treadmill. You might have more talent than me, you might be smarter than me but if we get on a treadmill together, theres two things; You're getting off first or I'm going to die. It's really that simple."
